Swipe down, then click on Settings, then Security and Privacy, then Security Wipe. Alternately as stated above you can use BB Link to perform a factory reset/reload.

There are a few ways to security wipe .
1. Key in the error password 11 times on device when is locked and wipe will process.
2. Op as mentioned
3 . Device connect via USB wire to PC, open BlackBerry Link and hitting factory reset.
4. Device connect via USB wire to PC. Open sachesi and hitting wipe.

Does reload option work in off line mode, I mean without downloading the os, is it possible reload or factory reset ?

Link has to get the OS from somewhere. It's either going to pull the version your carrier approved, or get the latest BlackBerry release if the phone is factory unlocked. If you're offline, then Link won't be able to get the OS.

Using the autoloader method can be done offline, but you'd still have to download the near 3 GB file first.
