Hello, new to this site.....I have a blackberry Z10 and somehow i deleted my contacts. No backups. Was hoping that there was a way to restore them. called blackberry.....no help. need some type of software to recover them. please help.

As BlackBerry would have told you... without a backup there isn't anything to do at this point. No magic recover data from an encrypted internal drive solutions out there. (NSA might have one... if you want to contact them)

When I used BB10, I always prepared for the worst.... lost my phone. So I used Ultimate Backup and Cloud Services. Even with Android's backup features... I still do manual backups of some data.
