I've BB z10 which has USB problem and it's OS is corrupted. I can charge it with USB but it doesn't connects with PC. Only charging function is working. When i connect it with USB to my pc it flashes red light and displays Blackberry on screen but pc doesn't detects it.
I need help if it is possible to install OS in any way.
If it's charging, the problem could well be your cable. Try a different one, or different port.
i did. Still same problem.
Try an autoloader. It may catch it where Link does not.
An autoloader worked for me today with my Z10. BlackBerry Link could not restore the phone but the autoloader did see the phone and reload the OS which did get the phone to boot.

Let Me explain my problem.
I've blackberry z10 STL100-1. It was damaged by water but it worked perfect until i started facing error "www.bberror.com/bb10-0015".
I can charge it with USB. When i connect it with computer without battery a read light flash for 10 seconds and blackberry logo but this process goes on. It is not connecting to computer.
i"ve downloaded the autoloader from here BlackBerry 10 Autoloaders - BlackBerry Developer but that also is stuck at connecting to Bootrom.
Blackberry care center told me there is rust in its USB port.
should i keep any hope from this phone anymore or just throw it away?
can i replace its USB port?
Please help.
