Since few days ago I realise that my Z10 cannot restart once the power is off. After pressing the power button, I find my phone starts with the blue loading screen until. When it gets 100%, the "logo-blackbery10-logo" appears, then "blackberry" appears, and then the phone turns off by itself. I have tried various time to turn it on again but it still happens in the same way. I tried with autoloader with different ROMs: 10.3.1.2267, 10.3.1.2627, 10.2.1.xx, the phone started up, everything worked well until I turn it off. The same thing happens, the phone turns off itself after getting 100% loaded.
Please help me to sort this problem out.

Once it reboots and turns off automatically Hold down the power button for as long as it take to reboot.again.
Better yet try a hard reboot by holding down BOTH volume buttons until it reboots.

If you have tried a variety of OS versions using Autoloaders and the problem reoccurs, it may be a hardware problem or perhaps a battery problem.

But if the problem only occurs if you use the Power button to turn off the phone but it does not happen after it times out, after say 5 or 10 minutes (screen timeout), then do NOT use the Power button.

I found the problem and I have it sorted out already. That happened because of my FAULTY POWER BUTTON. When I replaced the power button including its circuit board then my phone is working like a charm now. Thank you guys!
