    Hi.

I don't have a data plan. I simply don't need it because of the prohibitive costs and the abundance of open wi-fi networks. And one of the reasons I chose the Z10 is because it has "real" GPS, and not just that network based thing. So imagine my desapointment after trying to use it and gettin a "no network connection" message.

How can I download maps and use them offline? I know there are several GPS apps, but I seldomly use my GPS, I don't need another app cluttering the screen and I certainly don't want to pay for it. Is it possible to just get the maps and put them on a folder somewhere so the GPS works without network connection?

    Thank you.

    Thanks for the intel.
