    Hello there, I bought Blackberry z10 stl100-1 (used) in $80 with box and accessory from nearest shop and when buying z10 shop keeper told me there is a issue in camera software. Its need to be fixed through software. Now i just downgrade to 10.0 from 10.3.1 then 10.2 then 10.3.1 and after 10.3.2 (latest) and still camera is giving issue "camera can't be started" so which software will be use to fix camera. THANKS IN ADVANCE.

    Perhaps it IS a hardware issue? Try this program from BlackBerry to diagnose....

    I'm not sure what OS you had to begin with... or how you installed them. I'd suggest that you do a CLEAN install to make sure nothing is being left behind to cause your problem.... But with all the versions you have tired...I would say that they were wrong and you have a hardware issue....

    Did you try running that diagnostic program from BlackBerry? It will test the camera and verify that it is not broken.
