I have tried to add my email to my newly bought Blackberry Z10. I went to Settings > Accounts > Email, Calendar and contacts. I put all of my info in and it tells me for the 10th time now "At this time, your email, calendar, and contacts can't be added. Please try again later." I tried a week later same thing. Any insight? Thanks!! Toma.

What service are you using.

Z10 = BB10 + VKB > iOS + Android

Try Settings > Accounts > Add account > Advanced and choose from the list you might need to know things like your mail server name, depending who your provider is. if you are using Microsoft Outlook do NOT choose Outlook! Choose Exchange Active Synch. Your server name is eas.outlook.com and your name is your full @outlook email address but we can't help you usefully until you tell us your email service provider. of Google mail just choose that.
