how to bypass the 24 hours SW update check?

I checked SW earlier today when someone says there is a new SW update. I didn't get it, but now I tried it again, I got the once every 24 hours check only on my Z10 AT&T

How do I bypass this check?

Man, at&t really has the scrotum cuffs on your phones, haven't they: I understand you also cannot select network frequencies?

True, AT&T won't let you select network type. Your choices are "LTE", or... get another phone (or carrier) because there is no other choice.

Now, the network will drop to H+ (or, as AT&T calls it: 4G) , 3G, or even EDGE if the better services aren't available or out if range, but you can't force it to those networks only.
