Can anyone tell me how to block someone from contacting me via PlayBook video chat? They are using a yahoo email address and I have no idea who they are. They have called me 20 times in two hours, thanks!

Have you tried holding your finger down on the contact and see if the menu comes up to block them?

I have, all that comes up is mark read, or select more. When I select more it doesn't give me other options. It's a PlayBook calling my Z10.

If you add the person as a contact, wouldn't it then give you the option to block?

Just guessing...about to put my PB on and call my Z10 to see how it can be done.

or try through BBM. It should list it in the "updates" you just long press and the hit the trash can or delete or whatever is there.

Is that the actual Z10 owner calling to find out where his lost phone is? He can only call the phone by it's PIN

Now that I think about it, it's a notification not an email so blocking from the email provider won't work. I am interested to see if it shows under the BBM updates.

Wow, I didn't even know the Z10 and playbook could video chat. Never thought to try it. I do get calls from odd email addresses on my Playbook. Answered one call and hung up really quick. Wish I hadn't seen what I saw....

This is the sign of BB10 being an unfinished, copy and pasted OS.
"PlayBook video chat" shows for any kind of video call.

I've put a message in to Blackberry, they have got back to me and are going to try to find out how to block it tomorrow . I'll let you know what they come up with
..if they find a solution..
