My Z10 doesn't stand the charge anymore even without the cellular data on, it last not even 12 hours.
Did somebody encounter the same issue?
    Thanks for your answers

Nicolas, known issue. Z10 battery is horrendous. EBay has very cheap 2nd batteries and battery charger bundles. Amazon as well. Highly recommended!

I can usually make it through the day on one full charge, I use mine mostly for business calls and lots of emails plus a few texts, I don't do the Twitter or Facebook, or any other social media sites etc. Hope that helps.

Z10 is notorious for having a terrible battery life. If you use the phone regularly (Texting, checking social media such as Facebook, Twitter, etc.), then this device is not for you, unless you're willing to buy a bigger battery or carry around a Powerbank.

The Z10 would last roughly around 5-7 hours for most people (Including myself), but I've heard of others who were able to make it last 8-9.

Yes I have a Z10 just to play around with but my daily driver is the Q10. Get either a spare battery or a power bank if the Z10 is your go-to phone.

The Z10 screen only has one benefit over the Q10 and that's for videos and games which will severely drain the battery. If you don't do any of those then highly recommend using the Q10. I guess any phone besides the Z10 actually.

Battery is always going to be an issue, luckily they are cheap to buy and easy to change. I prefer the idea of being able to change my phone's battery. Better to just buy a few batteries (2-3) and keep as back up, while they are on sale and available. I think amazon might be a good place to check.

I've never found that to be the case for me. No matter what OS I've loaded, my battery life has been the same since the day I got my Z10. And I've had almost every OS that's come out. But my battery average has stayed a constant 10-14 hours depending on my usage.

Buy a portable power bank and get used to charging your device several times a day

As everyone is making clear here, the Z10's battery was it's biggest shortcoming. The best solution for that is the one from BlackBerry themselves, and that is the spare battery charging bundle. The fact that you can swap out a new battery and then recharge your spare means that you don't ever need to actually have your Z10 plugged in.

In my opinion, this [almost] takes its weakness and turns it into a strength. Also, because if the size of the battery, it recharges to full capacity relatively quick, especially if you find yourself a different charger with a higher output than the stock one that came with your device (I believe the ones that have come with every device since the Z30 have all been faster - also, you can buy one on ShopCrackBerry).

You could get a Mugen 3800mah battery for your Z10; then you will not worry about the battery life anymore.

With every software update battery life was getting better.
Low battery life is not an issue anymore for me.
A year ago ( 10.2.??) it didn't provide enough for one day but nowadays it handles two days under more or less the same circumstances.
While i don't even use batterysaving mode.

I easily go a full day with my z10 without charging. No worries here. I have purchased the extra battery pack but have never had to use it.

Some games however, do drain the battery quickly.

I only get to noon on a standard battery no matter how many new ones I buy. I think it's my 4G/LTE. Ended up using an extended battery now and can last 18 hours on average.

Not even 12 hours? I mean, that's not horrendous by my standards. On the average day I am at the office and can leave it face down most of the time, that works really well. On days where I'm not at work, swapping the battery halfway through the day is no issue for me. So I'm happy with the Z10, thus far at least (it's only been a few days).

Switching the network from LTE saved a fair bit of battery when I was using the Z10, as I recall. I don't know if it's the coverage where I am and the phone was constantly looking for LTE in some areas but I did notice quite a difference in battery life, however for basic browsing and even streaming videos it was still very fast without LTE. I really don't think LTE is entirely necessary if you aren't downloading constantly.

I'm lucky to get 4 hours a charge on my Z10. It's a shame cause it's a great phone otherwise.

I get about 3/4 of a day. The Z10 battery bundle is only 20 bucks on CrackBerry. Works great. It charges up a battery outside of the phone so that you always have a battery ready to go. I prefer to just swap out the battery. If you do, turn off the Z10 before replacing the battery.

With the battery bundle, the Z10 is an excellent little phone. (assuming you use Snap or Cobalt).

For me it's working rather well. Screen On Time is a battery killer on the Z10, it always has been - although his variant has not been too bad as far as battery life is concerned. Keep unnecessary things turned off when not in use and you will be fine.
