    More like a user flaw.

How many user flaws do you need to accept something's not working as well as it should ? 10, 100, 100000 ? Typical nerd comment.
And the reason why the iPhone has put BBY on the brink of bankruptcy (and believe me, I do NOT like the iPhone).

No need to use caps. If it were that simple why would so many people fail to do it properly ?
I understand you don't have to just swipe randomly to answer a call, but when you have to hold and swipe down the bar five times before you can pick up a call, that's a design flaw.
Woah! 5 times? That's crazy. Is this only on Z10? I guess I can kind of see that if you had to drag all the way to the bottom of the screen. On Q10 it is so easy. I have never missed a call or missed a swipe for that matter.

If it was a design fault we would all be experiencing it.

    Troll elsewhere

I know that this sounds silly put I have a huge problem with my Z10 answering calls with swiping down on screen. In 9 out of 10 cases i can not get it to connect. I've tried auto answer when taken out of holster but that does not allow me to screen calls.
My question is: Can I answer incoming call on Z10 any other way than swiping down on screen.

I am so frustrated with loosing all my calls that I am ready to dump this phone.
Answer the Phone? Is that what you're suppose to do when it rings?

I am having the same problem on my Q10; it's hit and miss. I've tried slow then fast even licked my finger first, still 50/50. you would think on the Q10 with a keyboard they would have an instant way of answering. Very frustrating.
