Problem: my Z10 will not let me access my hotmail account. I keep getting this message:
server address login information for account [email protected] has changes or is incorrect. update your login information and try again.

I've tried a few things but still no success. It was working before but it started misbehaving so I deleted it and figure would just add it back but now it keeps giving that error message.

Anyone have any ideas?

Not sure what the problem with yours is, but using the webpage shortcut I created to login, mine works just fine.

Can you access your hotmail via computer or somewhere else? It's happen to me once, hotmail on web ask me an extra security question, and when I answer the question, work after.. don't said it's your problem, but it was mine...

Are you using the Advanced Setup menu, perhaps the Microsoft Exchange option or Outlook? Neither one works for my Outlook email address. I only have success without using the Advanced Setup. Maybe try that?
