On my Hotmail account I have drop down arrows that allow me to go to my in box, sent, trash etc. Although once I delete the email it mysteriously disappears and does not go to the trash. It's gone forever. On my comcast email I do not have the drop down arrow or any folders its bizarrre
Where are the folders? Why don't I have the same option. ?

Different accounts have different features/options that are set for POP and SMTP
Same goes with the function within those accounts once added to a phone
