Try and see if I can help right here from the safety of my home and the gun crazy state of Texas!
No but I need some contact information for the local police department there

Council Bluffs Police Department

Thank you sir. Will be calling them shortly.
No one lives in that area by chance??

Are you trying to make a point?
Yeah. Turns out PayPal is not safe anymore either and I just scammed out of a BNIB Z10
Posted via CB10
You just scammed someone out of a BNIB Z10? That's not cool.
Tell me about it. What's f*cked up is how it seems PayPal also has been hacked and they are aware of it.
Now that's F*CKED up

A simple Google search of any city anywhere will give you information about their local emergency services.

PayPal has a pretty good resolution system. Any time I had an issue with a buyer or as a seller they have resolved it. If you were scammed going through PayPal open a claim file.

Yeah I called PayPal today and there is absolutely no record of the sent funds.
The emails I received looked exactly what PayPal sends. But then the most recent message from "PayPal" said something about Western Union...then I knew I was scammed right away.
I'm going to call the PD down there and hopefully speak to someone about this.

Lol yes. I am well aware of this fact. Thanks for the obvious post.
I was hoping someone from the area could have given me another contact number or email address or something. The website for the PD goes to the town website.

you may have to wait till morning. You will most likely need to speak with a detective, and they are not normally answering calls after standard business hours.
May try to call the non-emergency number of your LOCAL PD and ask them to transfer the call to the out of state call handling center in the city you want. They do this more often than you think.
(just tryin to help)
Thank you sir. Will for sure do so.
That's very helpful advice. I will get my local PD into it as I have all the tracking numbers and what not.

not a problem.... best of luck. Lotta phony baloney goin on any more. I just closed a CC account because of fraudulent charges. My bank was great, they covered all of the charges immediately.... but some clown decided match.com was for him, and tried to buy an Android app of all things. Shows he has no class. :cant-watch:
I may need your expertise on this one.
The zip code on the package is 79701
