    Hi!
    i have just updated the software on my Z10 and, after restarting the device, my Whatsapp is not correctly identifying the numbers in my agenda.
    All contacts are correct in the Agenda, however Whatsapp is assigning names to numbers which are not correct (i.e., if I get a message from "X" the name given by Whatsapp is somebody elses name in my agenda) or not identifying the contact at all and just includes the phone number.
    I have deleted the whatsapp application and reinstall it but the issue keep on happening...
    has anybody had the same problem?
    what could I do?

    After you delete Whatsapp, you should reboot your phone. Have you done that? I know its a simple thing but sometimes it helps.

    your whatsapp loaded by BlackBerry World or Android 1 mobile? Check WhatsApp networks and version.
