I have read many threads about BB10 not being BIS compatible and know that you don't need a 'blackberry only' plan anymore. I myself have a Z10 and I'm loving it.

This week I convinced my dad to get a Z10, but he's having trouble with AT&T. He had an unlimited roaming blackberry plan with his old 9800, but he just got his Z10 out of the country (in the US) and can't access data. AT&T is offering him an 800 mb plan for $120, but that is way too much.

So my question is: is there any plan to convert previous blackberry plan users to an LTE unlimited roaming plan?

I know AT&T have a $60 plan for international, too.

AT&T has an app called Call International. Works well on other BlackBerry devices but not yet compatible on the Z10. It's a wifi app for international calls for a lot less than normal calls but you need wifi.

More than anything he wants data for roaming, he has another cell he uses for calls
