I am seeking your help for the following two matters. Please regard my device info: Z10, STL 100-3, OS v 10.2.1.2179. My device is AT&T unlocked and is confirmed from settings> security and privacy> SIM Card = Network: Unlocked, Network Subset: Unlocked, Service Provider: Unlocked. Smoothly functioning since I bought it in March 2014 on a local carrier.

Q1. If I reload my device software via BB Link, will it reloads it to my existing software i.e. 10.2.1.2179? Please note that when I bought it was 10.1 and updated to 10.2 OTA later in April 2014. To make clear, I am afraid of its being reload to the one which came with AT&T. Please confirm.

Q2. Same question as Q1 variation being not reloading but doing security wipe.

link will put back the official os from your carrier
and a wipe will only delete all data and settings from your phone not the os
