My Z10 did a random reboot but it didn't finish and eventually it just displayed this screen. It's stuck and I don't know what to do is it useless now? Please help and thank you

Reload the BlackBerry 10 OS. See KB34045 for steps.

If the Blackberry 10 OS does not reload or displays the same symptoms, then it is recommended to bring the smartphone back to place of purchase for service.

Did you try installing a leak and maybe use the wrong autoloader for the model of Z10 that you have?
What carrier are you with? Have you ever backed up using BlackBerry link? It's as simple as running the correct autoloader and that should fix the issue.
If you want to stay with your carrier released OS, you can connect to BlackBerry link and reload the OS.
Don't worry, it's fixable.
