Hey guys,

I just got the blackberry Z10 and must say that it is a great phone. A lot of people have it at my workplace. I am having a few issues with it however.

1) Hear a crackling sound when streaming music via bluetooth to my car's factory audio system. Never had that problem with my S3


2) Facebook news feed issues and can't view fb pictures in landscape view


3) music player freezing occasionally



If you guys could help me out it would be greatly appreciated.

I'm not familiar with those issue, but hopefully I can get someone to come along and help.

1) sorry don't use that setup
2) Facebook app is nice but I bookmark full Web version. The browser is so fast that this is now my preferred way.
3) have not had this issue

I'm sure others will have more insight for you. Z10 is an amazing device and is still new. Look for updates to improve the UX soon.

Also don't use that, so can't help you.

2) Facebook news feed issues and can't view fb pictures in landscape view

Facebook has been spotty at best this past two weeks. An update was issued but it still breaks at times. Should be fixed for good soon though. As for Landscape, not all apps have that mode as of now (and some probably never will).

3) music player freezing occasionally

Mine has always worked properly, old OS issue maybe?

If you guys could help me out it would be greatly appreciated.

Could you go Swipe from top > Settings > About > OS and tell us what are you running?

As old fashioned as this may sound... Have you tried a battery pull?
