I bought Z10 three days back and till yesterday it was working fine. But since yesterday i am facing problem - if i call to someone with handset only then person on other side is not able to hear me. But they can hear me with handset in speeker mode or with earphone jack in. Voice control is also not able to hear anything without ear phone.
Since in few situation (above), i can have successful calls hence it doesn't appear to be a hardware issue.

Did anyone face the similar problem, Please help me to resolve this issue. I have already tried following things.
1. Reinserted the battery.
2. Re-loaded the sooftware with help of Link.
3. Did secuirty wipe to bring phone in deflaut settings.

The only thing I can suggest is toi work the headphone jack in and out several times to eliminate any dirty contact in the socket. If that doesn't work it's a hardware defect and you should try to get it exchanged.

Hmm sounds like a defective phone to me if all those things didn't fix your mic. I'd take it for an exchange.
