I have a BlackBerry Z10 slt 100-1 after calling It doesn't let me to end call, I have pulled the restart button, but unfortunately my phone since 3 months don't turn on, I am wondering for my pictures and videos because I have not blackberry desktops manager. I have try to pull the power button for 10 sec and volume cays but not. Thanks

This morning when I open my fb, some pictures wont show up properly like its turning to negative effects and some crapping on my screen. Then later on the brightness is slowly fading like its turning off until it turn to black. I try to restart it by powering it on then the screen show my last page on facebook but the brightness is still low. Then i remove the battery and turn it on again but the screen didnt show. Its just a gray color then turned to black. It wont show any logos.

Please help ..

Hi. My z10 died on me too...on fool's day... which was not funny at all... coincidently it was also the day of my warranty expiring...i tried to follow the tip to hold the volume buttons. It's restarting but remains stuck on the logo 'finalising device setup'...but not doing anything else. Connected to bb link... after a couple of attempts I managed to get pics showing on my laptop which I'm going to save immediately, before phone is changing its mind.... But phone still stuck on logo... Any tip from here? Should I then click on software reload from bb link? Thank u!

OK, if this is still an issue for you, as mentioned first try a "hard reset". Hold the volume keys until the phone shuts off and the BBerry logo appears. If that doesn't do it, you can wipe the phone or reinstall/update with an autoloader. Both the wipe and autoloader will wipe all your date etc.
