Hello guys - BB fans,

My Z10-001 got problems after updated to 10.3.2.680 T.T

I was using my Z10 without any problems on OS 10.3.2.500. But, after I autoloaded OS 10.3.2.680 into my Z10-001, it booted up and then keeps restarting itself randomly (sometimes after 30 mins, sometimes after hours). I did autoload new OS and did not install any new apps, no SIM and no SDCard in it, but the problem is still there T.T

i found that the area near SDCard and NFC pins on the back of my Z10 is really hot. After booting up, that area is normal, but after mins or hours, it becomes hot and I think it causes my phone to restart When I remove and plug the battery into again, the red led does not light up immediately, it takes 5mins to blink the red LED and start to boot up. (

I have tried to fix it out:
- autoload newest OS 10.3.2.2204 -> can not fix it ( I have tried 10.3.2.680, 10.3.2.798, problem was not solved -> i think OS is fine
- do security wipe after autoload -> can not fix it
- can not go back to an earlier OS (10.3.1.xxxx) T.T
- connect my phone to laptop or charger for a long time -> no restart happens, battery is charged to full -> remove usb cable -> it restarts after about 30 mins >.<
[update] I bought a new battery to replace the old one. but, with the new battery, my phone still has auto-restart problem T.T -> I think the hardware of my phone may got problem T.T

Is there any idea for this problem?

UPDATE: I bought a new battery to replace the old one.
Here is the screenshot of Device Monitor. My battery was charged without any external power (usb is not connected at all). Time on my phone is calculated in unexpected way




At this moment, I think the problem is from the Power IC. maybe It measures current and voltage on battery improperly.

Anyone faces this problem before?
