    Hear we go just blaming Blackberry for a simple data on/ off roaming issue.

    BlackBerry OS10 will always show up as an Android APN and you will always have to turn data OFF, to avoid data cost when roaming.

    Actually... the default setting is Roaming OFF. So the OP would have had to turn roaming ON.
