Hello. I was having problem with my z10 the camera cant be started I tried to reload the os using auloder and blackberry link but it doesnt work. I also downgrade my os and it still the same. Please help me. Thanks

What OS are you on?
I can grab you the bar file so you could sideload it and see if it fixes the problem
Also use the BlackBerry Virtual Expert app to determine if the camera works from in that app

I just download the blacberry virtual expert I try to test the camera the front camera was working And the back is not. But when I try to open the camera application the error message was camera cant be started

This is the CrackBerry guide on how to sideload, using a Google Chrome extension on your pc.
Note that when you put your device into development mode, that same password that is used there will become your device password, so don't forget it!

Download on your pc, you will be sideloading from your pc
Hmmm, the falling may have damaged it, do you have warranty? You should exchange it if you do

This has been a persistent problem for STL100-1 users.. I also got the STL 1 camera problem.. what I do is just restart my phone and everything goes back to normal.. My guess is that some Android app(s) messes up the camera, the glitch between android apps and blackberry camera is still there

My front cam was working when I open it on PicsArt. But when Im tryna open it on Camera Icon it doesnt work. If I sideload my phone, what if it may not working both?
