    Hi guys,

    Please help me on the following:

    1. I have a work email that I can access through OWA. I was able to set it up on my 9900 just by the use of web url and now I'm having a tough time setting it up. Can someone help me get in the right direction?

    2. How do I access the sim menu and do caps lock on the phone?

    Just hold down the cap key (the arrow) until a line is present under the arrow. This will lock the caps.
