Sounds like you loosened something inside there. I wonder if there is a video where you can take apart your phone and fix whatever is loose.

Maybe someone has done this before. Let's see who can help.

Take it to tour provider(assuming you got it through one) tell them the speaker doesn't work and have them repair it under warranty. Every Berry I've owned has had a speaker repair under warranty. I'm with Telus, and everyone of their phones has a year warranty...and seeing that the phone didn't even come out till Feb '13 you have some time...

read the warranty/guarantee that otterbox has with their products. The point of the product is to protect your device from damage. If it breaks using their product, they'll replace it

They have definitely replaced defective CASES. I'm not convinced that if you dropped it off a 2-story building that they would replace a broken device. But I've not read their warranty in a long time and I'll trust your reading!

I wish I could use my warranty, but it's void now because I dropped my phone in a lake. . Unless there is a way I can change the sticker.

I know there was an issue where their poorly designed 9900 case damaged users phones, and a settlement was reached between the users and letterbox but they had to sign a NDA about what they got. Most assumed it was a new phone.

If I recall correctly, there were at least 2 CB members who had that settlement.

If you had said that the phone had been dropped in a lake, all this talk about the OtterBox guarantee would have been moot. That's why you buy insurance, to cover things like water damage.

Yeah, my wife dropped her iphone in the clean toilet water. Dried it off, put it in rice for a day and everything worked just fine. For a couple of weeks. Then it started messing up. Had to end up using the insurance anyway. Had an OtterBox Commuter case on it. Thought that had helped. Didn't.
