    Please i need help with google play store on my Z10. i have installed all the necessary apps but when i lunch the store it comes up but i can not down load any app or update any app. An error message appears ' unfortunately, Google play store has stopped'

    Please what do i do?

    have you updated to the latest BlackBerry 10 operating system version? what i know is there was a recent problem with the android runtime in BlackBerry 10 that they recently fixed

    i do not have much more information regarding this because i have upgraded to the Priv and use it all the time now, so i have not had a need to use the BlackBerry 10 Android run time or Cobalt play store solution for a while now - hope you find a better answer that fixes your problem

    Z10 is an awesome device regardless, glad to see you're still using one

    Thanks. Yes i have upgraded to the latest os version (10.3.2876) and have updated the Google run time from app world but it's still not working properly.
