Sorry for messing here but I wanted to record calls on my Z10 phone. I bought an application over the BB store from X-Reve.com and was not working. Support team from this company send me an info that:

So I have done it as they described and after a restart I got blue screen. I can make only emergency calls - nothing else. I cannot continue setting it up. I have tried to download os from BB web but during the installation (48%) it shows me that connection the network is interrupted and that I shall check what is with it. Everything looks fine, internet works fine.

PLS HELP ME - what i can do? I want to have my lovely z10 back...

Grab one of the 10.1 leaked OS' and use that. Preferably one that is close to the OS you want. Download, unpack, plug in your device, run the app, let it reboot and install, tada fresh new OS! I'd say backup your data as well but it's likely you already killed that with your previous OS installs.

Yes, indeed...but how to find the proper one - my previous system was 10.1.0.273 (STL100-2).
How i can install it?
I found:
Z10 users that are already on 10.1 can update their core OS using this autoloader: http://www.theiexplorers.com/bb/OSs/...CoreUpdate.exe - 2 hours left on upload since this post was edited Notes: You MUST be on 10.1 already to use this update. This is only the Core update, not the radio! This will work for STL100-2/3/4 (sorry -1, confirmed not working ), as long as you are on one of the 10.1 leaks.
and downloading it now. When I have it using Win7 clicking *exe file and connecting z10 to my laptop to fix this problem, right?

Will it fit my z10?
