    Every time I try to watch any video on my phone no matter browser or facebook, I get this error message. i am on the latest official os for the phone and its stl100-1. Any advice?

    so your phone isn't STREAMING video, right? What about playing videos that you have on your phone?
    STREAMING could be effected by signal, strength of signal, server error, etc

    Playing video that is on my phone have no problem, but I can't stream, no matter using wifi or my mobile data.

    As in now, I am able to watch some Facebook video, but when I watch it the screen is black and I can only head the sound of the video but not the image of the video. Anyone has any idea how to solve this problem?
