Hi All,

Need some help here; I am in the process of buying a BB z10. I've been reading the Forum for months (!) to better understand the phone,and if it is right for me.
I now understand the issues with STL 100-1 and have been scouring the market to find STL 100 -2 or STL 100 -3 phones.
Find found some, but color is white I do not want to buy a white phone.
Finally I found a private seller who has Black, STL 100 -3, BUT he claims the phone runs on Android only, it does not have BB 10 OS (?!?!) . He is using the phone himself and is very satisfied.
My question is : is this possible? I read that z 10 *can* run Android apps etc, read a bit about 'Blend' and also recently about 'Snap'.
But is it possible for the phone not to have BB10 OS at all??
seeking advice on weather I should purchase the phone. Phone is in sealed box so cant turn on and check.
PS. I really want to buy a z 10, but scared...please advise.

no blackberry os inside, and never will be, because it's fake.

Yes, it's just a crappy look-a-like Android phone. Have you checked on Amazon?

It's called chinese "clone" or "supercopy". Avoid it LIKE THE PLAGUE. Buy it ONLY if you wanne be the laughing stock of the world.

Try eBay. I got my new (used but new to me) for $89.00. Looks great runs likw it's new. I do not miss my POS Galaxy S3 at all. I get all of my favorite android apps from the Amazon app store. Best of both worlds for me.

These Chinese made supercopy Blackberries are mostly the Z10 and Z30 Variety. I've never seen the PKB ones. These are mostly refurbished, with new casings and even boxes. But the PIN and IMEI issues cannot be avoided, as they tend to be suspended upon activation.
