    PLEASE HELP ME
    I cannot update my apps or download a new one with this error
    I can't log in my BB ID on my Z10

    What are you trying to do?

    Your device is ALWAYS logged into the BBID as it is used for BBM. When you download it merely asks for your BBID password.

    Every time I try to download an app it redirects me to BB ID and when I try to log in my BB ID this message pops out

    In bbw swipe from top go to setting general click refresh.

    Try changing the bbid pw. And a hard reset by holding the volume rockers down at the same time till the bb logo comes on.

    I already did the hard reset, even the battery pull
    I also can't change my bbid pw on my phone

    I would like to wipe if I have a backup but I can't back it up through blackberry link coz it says that my bbid is not logged in my phone

    What were the results? You were allowed in? So no one hacked your bbid?

    I am reluctant to suggest changing anything at this time. Are you within your "native" carrier area or out-and-about? Sim card? Okay, what area are you in?

    I see that screen is the one from the Settings/BBID screen but obviously, when it canNOT authenticate you you throws up that ERROR box.

    I'm from the Philippines, I'm using Globe Telecom and have a data plan for subscription.
    I began having this error after I updated my OS to 10.2.0.415 from 10.1
    Since then I can't download nor update apps, I also can't backup through blackberry link

    Downgrade, so you can use your phone, then try deleting all apps before upgrading again. Restore can be finicky. I've been maintaining one known good, so I can't lose much.

    It is an official upgrade, I got it through Software Updates in the settings.
    It frustrates me a lot, I've been searching the internet looking for similar cases but no luck in fixing it

    The big problem is I don't have any backup for my phone and it is very hard for me to lose all the data if I reload the OS without a backup that's why I'm looking for other options to solve my problem.

    I would really appreciate it and be grateful if anyone can find me a solution for this
