Hello everyone.

I'll tell you my story, since official 10.2 I've been presenting some issues on my battery it says I'm on 63% and suddenly shuts down.!!

This is what blackberry virtual experts shows! Please help me solve it!

I hope it's a software thing!

As you can see, it shows 63% but on status it's red! Wth??

I'd say reload os.
Definitely do a security wipe to clean up fragmented files after install.
Restore only apps and media, NOT SETTINGS.
Should be okay unless you had a bad download...

Thanks for your answer, but how can I do it? Through the bb? Or BlackBerry Link?

What I did on my bb9900 was reload the os without the battery Idk how to do it here! Could you help me?

Sure. Go to settings > security and privacy > security wipe. Type in "blackberry "(without quotes) .Hit "delete data". In 20 minutes your phone will turn off at the end of the process. Push power button to restart phone. That's it.
