    My Z10 goes off but when I plug in the charge, it comes on with 60% juice in it.

    This started recently and it's not because of an update or an installed app. Everything worked fine prior to this latest issue.

    Might need to calibrate the battery? Discharge it completely , and recharge it to full if you can. Otherwise might be the battery itself?
