hello to all

I have a Z10 STL100-1, with the error bb00-0015 when starting. I have gone through the forum and I noticed that I need an autoloader to fix it.. since BBlink does update until the end.
the thing is that I've tried many autoloader, it start the dos window, begins to load things (green light on the Z10), and disappear again without fixing my phone.

now I dont know what to do. try another autoloader? i tried to download the autoloader 10.2.1.2228, but at the end of the download, the file seem corrupt..
should I still use that for my Z10? which 7z link can I use please to download it through IDM for example. my internet connection is quite slow.

You can try other Autoloaders intended for that model of the Z10. Or you might want to check out the Sachesi threads, also in the Leak Subforum.

You might also want to remove the battery and try again. It's just another technique that might work.

I'd like too, but can't find the good links on the forum to download it.
when I remove the battery it is the same thing. the autoloader start seem to work, and the window disappear. and the phone shows the image of red empty battery..

How are you sure that the file's corrupted? If it is, it would be natural to not use it, and download another one.

finally, I downloaded another version, the 10.2.1.2234, for my Z10 STL1, and it installed the OS.
the phone started over, i made the confirguration, but when I put the sim card, it can't start. I dont know why.
