I know there are other threads on this topic, and I have participated in them. However I have not found a solution and have a new problem.

When I upgraded to the most recent official software update I was not able to open android apps. They just process and never open. I spent several hours following the instructions from other threads by doing a security wipe, reinstalling the OS and then sideloading the android runtime files. Nothing has worked. Now I have a new problem. One of my android apps is updating but will not finish, it has been updating for hours and is draining my battery. I can't cancel the update.

Can anyone help me with either of these issues?

For your second issue, you can try a device reset first. (NOT the same as a restart.)

Hold down both your Volume Up & Down keys for about 10-20 seconds. Keep pressing them, ignoring screenshot notification, BB splashscreen, black screen, red LED, and BB splashscreen again. I don't release the Volume keys until I see the blue startup icon.

Anything work better after that reboot?

Swipe factory setting and Reloaded OS 10.2.1 . Save files and docs before swipe factory setting. Complete upgrade and follow up....
    1. Load 1 mobile to device
    2. Load Android app to device by 1 mobile
    3. Not all android app is working.
    Good luck to you!
