    Iven battery full 100%. I reject my charger. But after 5 minutes, my battery low 5%.... help me please. what happens with my z10.....???!!!

    Could you possibly try to explain better? All i gathered is you were at 100% took it off the charger and it dropped to 5%

    If you just got your device I'd suggest returning the battery for a new one
