    In settings, tap "Display "

    Then scroll down to the "Interactive Notifications" setting
    Help with 10.2 and the lockscreen message display-img_20131019.png

    A bug in 10.2 means this setting will display "off" constantly. Set this to "on" and leave settings. Try it again and see if it works.

    Remember to tap the notification icon to see it.
