Hi All,

I am new to this forum was wondering you guys help me out on this problem. Whenever I put headsets to listen some music, the sound just doesnt come out from headsets itself. I have already tried different headsets now... still the problem is there.

OS version 10.1.0.4633

Welcome to CB!

A couple things to check. Make sure you are pushing the plug all the way in. If you have tried multiple headsets and still no luck you might have a defective device.

I already tried inserting the headset properly, but still the sound comes out from phone speaker. I guess I have to replace the set.

Believe me that the z10 headphone jack is tight. I still think mine is broke from time to time. Make sure it is all the way.

Its not working..I have already dozens of good headsets like beats by dre...razer...sennheiser...but still wont work.. and the main whenever i put it in my jeans pocket its just stops than i have take out reinsert and it works.. Im just frustrated with this problem!!
