Could you share which version OS and Which model Z10?
Did it completely die right away or after a while? Does reboot fix it only to go back after a while?

Do you have Sayit installed? When the app went headless it broke notifications and media playing on many phones but an update this week apparently fixed it.

I bought a Z10 white model yesterday and 10.2 was updated then I tried to open the camera.. it said camera can't be started ;( then I gave back to the BlackBerry showroom they replaced me with a new BlackBerry white Z10 it was fine even after update n left it for charging when I reached home.. when I woke up I noticed that my speakers did not work.. took back to BlackBerry showroom they promised me for the replacement bcoxz it was a hardware mistake.. will I have the same problem after I'm replaced with new phone? What could be wrong
