    Hummm!
Are you sure you did it by mistake
or did you subconsciously do it on purpose?

If it's on warranty, you may be in luck.
The port is soldered to the board... ... ( in my best Clint Eastwood/ Dirty Harry) So,you gotta ask yourself, How important is the HDMI port to you?
Do you really need it? Well, do you, punk!??

And, exactly HOW did you break it?

Well, that sounded like a perfectly good idea to fix that pesky HDMI port thingy to me too.. You fixed it alright.
To the point it's most likely un-fixable other then a new motherboard. That micro USB socket is microscopically connected. Better beef up your eyeballs Superman if you decide to go that route. Takes a 3 or 400 buck soldering iron too.. Hate when a good idea goes totally wrong but life is just full of that kinda stuff. Best thing about it. You won't do it again. :-) Sorry about your phone. Suppose the PS3 may have met a similar fate?

    Okay, wait....

You took a scissors to the actual port on the phone? What did you expect to accomplish?

Well, that does not matter. I'm sure that having BB fix it will cost a lot of money. You might try taking it to a private Cell phone repair shop or some other laptop repair place and see if they can do anything at a reasonable price. Or find a used phone on craigslist or ebay.

    Good luck.

For future reference, the ports on these devices are standards based so if a cable isn't connecting right, it means you are using the wrong cable in the wrong place. This won't be covered under any warranty work, so you should check to see how much BlackBerry will charge for repair. New unlocked ones are on sale for $299 direct from BlackBerry depending on where you live, so you may want to go that route. Probably cheaper to use the device without HDMI and get a Blu-ray Player with Netflix, Apple TV, or Roku box for $100 or less.

This is not an owner-repair option unless you have substantial experience with doing this kind of work, which I feel is pretty safe to guess that you don't. Seek professional services for repair, but I'm going to close the thread to stop those who feel the need to make insulting or goofy comments.
