    Just got my new unlocked BlackBerry Z10 yesterday and want to switch from current locked Z10 to new unlocked. (great condition Z10 to be up for sale soon :-)).

    Link won't complete backup before it quits at 1%. So frustrating. Did this to me before as well.

    Want to use my new phone.

    Any suggestions before I 'switch devices' would be great.

    You can try Sachesi. It can backup and restore.

    Also Firechest, free in appworld, can backup and restore certain data, like contacts, calendar, etc.
