    hi,
    I have just recieved notification that uodate is available! I can see it in my settings»softwate updates, but I am still unable to download it! its stuck at one single place! :/
    I have tried via pc link, its says I have latest os (10.2.1)
    what to do?

    If it won't update OTA< then you will need to download the autoloader here on CB and cable up to a PC and update your OS.

    My carrier won't let this update happen ota.

    I must wait to be on wifi... been a long long day working

    Problem was solved by itself by 2 steps update!
    1. 996mb Update (Downloaded and installed)
    2. 1.5GB of Update (Downloaded and instealled)
