    Hi all, can't bbm for over 1 week now. I keep getting prompted "Restoring your bbm information".

    Been trying to work with BlackBerry help on twitter but their response is agonisingly slow.

    Does anyone know how to un install and re install bbm? Or can some one give me any suggestions??

    Go to BB Appworld and uninstall BBM. Do a hard reset on device. Then reinstall BBM in Appworld.
