    Please help. When using blue tooth head set and I have tried several Plantronics. The signal starts breaking up and then works fine during the same call. Happens almost on every call. I use the head set extensively.

    The phone and the headset need a line of sight connection, for best results. The human body will inhibit the Bluetooth connection.

    OS info would be helpful. There appears to be an issue with Bluetooth on 10.2.1 for quite a few.
