What is the difference between the two?
I did a hard reset to level out the battery. But it got stuck at 100%. So i went ahead and did a reboot. Which solved it so I could get into the system.

Hard reset normally means holding down the buttons for 10 secs and restarting everything like you powered it on. A reboot would gracefully exit and reboot BUT it might not be fully restarting everything cold. Which could explain the differences.

Ah I see. Thanks for explaining. I'm glad a general reboot worked after I did a hard reset. Which didn't start the phone first. But I noticed that it still is draining battery after a day of updating. But it doesnt get warm. And the system don't get to 100% of usage.
Have you had any issues with the battery?

I lost this function of reboot after update to 10.2.1. Volume up and down keys when pressed together act as a screen grabber. Any help how to assign function of soft reboot.

Press both and hold down for 10 or more seconds.

Yes, if you're using STL100-1, the "reset using volume keys" will not work.
