So I've been a android user since the g1, and I hate everything about apple, my contract was up and I came from the HTC One X, and decided to take the plunge. I was bored of the same old operating system.

What I love? No lag!!!!! I can text almost as fast as I can type and have no worries about stupid auto corrects. It integrates well with Windows, and has good battery life.

My only complaint, the built in maps while works great for navigation, it seems to be missing addresses or can't find them or something.

    Just my 2?

    Welcome to the forums.

I agree maps is missing a few things but I'd you don't have everything you can build it. Being a former G1 owner you can understand that as 1.1 eclair had nothing and now 4.2.2 jellybean is insane

There are plenty of 3rd party map apps that use Google and so on. Check those out! Welcome to the forums!

Yeah the built in maps isn't the greatest you can sideload Google maps or use the browser version of Google maps, Nokia maps, or try out Waze instead. Hope that helps.

Welcome aboard. It is great to have you along. I hope you continue to enjoy the device as much as many of us do.

I understand some of your concerns about the maps. Just yesterday I couldn't find directions to a meeting. I asked my buddy who had an iPhone and it wasn't on his maps either. So I guess it wasn't a Z10 issue after all. Turns out it was a brand new development and hadn't been entered into the program yet. Overall I use Maps a lot and have very few problems with it.

Anyway again, welcome, it is to have you along.

Have my phone also since yesterday and I also came from android...galaxy s3...and I am so glad I made the decision... only thing that bothers me is the little lag when you are in the browser and the keyboard comes up...but that's it rest is perfect!!!
