Half of my z10 phone apps don't work even the stock apps like notes and etc... Instagram some of the games
When I press on the app it opens but I can't press anything it doesn't let me like it's frozen I can only open the app or close it, wtf is that?

Force close apps by long pressing the X button. If that does help, restart your phone. And I'd that doesn't help, back up then wipe and reload the latest os.

Sounds like you have a problem with your Android runtime environment, if you're talking about Instagram. I know that a lot of the notepad apps are Android ports as well. You can try the long press tip, but maybe also reset the phone.

Android sideloaded apps can cause all sorts of issues with the z10, one of the reasons why i stay away from them even the ones in BB world...i avoid like the plague.

Not a fan of the Android player on the Z10, think BB made a huge mistake there putting that on...hopefully these issues will be fixed when they update the Android runtime to 4.1.

Had this issue this morning too. Had to hard reboot. First time in a month that I've had to reboot the device.

I woke up this morning with no BlackBerry data connection, a hub that didn't work, apps that would show splash screen then crash, and a settings menu that wouldn't respond.

Like I said, hard reboot fixed it.
