The only issue I have had was when using an incompatible SD card.
Love my Z10 and I also don't have any of the issues other have. Great battery life ect

If I were to put money on it I'd say that the OP came from an older BlackBerry device. You can't know anything is better if you've never experience something better.. and right now android is better than BlackBerry.

i wish i was among you guys really.....mine is always warm and lasts about 6hrs(tmo-unlocked...got it last tuesday)...noticed that this happens every time i am browsing,charging it and doing social stuff ...had to re-install the OS just now and its taking forever to charge...may just have to go for an exchange soon.....really wish to be with no problems

Android is a glitchy fragmented experience. BlackBerry 10 OS so much more advanced.

I don't have a z10, but this 9790 I have in my hands is doing just fine. Until the Q10 is released, you can't get a much better qwerty device anywhere else.

I love my Z10 but I had an issue with the video recorder. Thanks to the helpful people in the Crackberry fourms my issue was resolved!!

Same here. Great device and after 14 hours off the charger still have 26% battery. Not a single reboot except for my intentionally running the battery completely down first two days. Yes not as good as Bold 9900 for battery life, or BlackBerry devices of old, but the phone has more power more capabilities, and more screen real estate. Love this phone!

.... cos my Z10 has a great battery life, lovely call quality, slick operating system, connects to wifi and bluetooth easily, sends and receives texts and emails, takes lovely photographs, has all the apps I personally need, has an awesomely fast browser and average built in maps, but now I'm using Miroe Don't Panic that's sorted with a fantastic sat nav program, has access to lots of cloud storage and printing via the lovely Playcloud program.... in general it's a fantastic modern device that's a joy to use, I can only assume those who are complaining on here have either had bad ones/filled them up with junk apps/haven't learnt to use it etc

My 9700 was pretty sweet ...... the 9900 even better.

This Z10 is without a doubt the smoothest most stable and fastest BB yet.

Go figure.... I have only used 4.7Gb of 16Gb on the Z10 ... and today I upgraded my 32G SD card to 64G. Hard to believe I'm mentioning #'s like this on a BB. Sweet!!
