    Have you sideloaded any android apps? Are you having to reboot to get the phone to unfreeze? Does it occur randomly or at specific times, locations?

    Mine froze only once and that too because an app was incompatible.
    Never happened to me on 10.1
    I'm using BSNL in India.

    Can you please describe the exact nature of the problem, so that we can provide you with a solution?

    When does it freeze? Only when you are at the home screen, when composing a message, playing a game?

    Try removing and reinserting the SD and SIM cards. I wonder if a poor connection could be to blame?

    Try doing reloading/security wipe the OS....
    Using Z10 on 10.1.0.4181 on Airtel no probs for me
