But still it is not charging 100% it is charging upto 96%

It's a phone/software side issue 100%.
Just do as many threads are suggesting. Charge your battery untill it stops charging (meaning it's fully charged), no matter what percentage it's showing.
Then while phone still plugged into charger, remove your battery, and leave it like that for at least one minute (the longer the safer). And then put back your battery, and turn on the phone, and when you are greeted with welcome (pin input) screen, check your status bar battery percentage. If it's showing 99-100%, you're good to go. You can disconnect your phone now. If it's still showing incorrect percentage, repeat this procedure. It should work after two or three repeats, if not after first one.
